Liability Agreement
In this agreement, the word “Organization” refers to American Resource, Inc. and its counterparts.
Any person, company, contractor, or entity agrees there are risk to receiving products or services by our organization.
Our organization is not responsible for any injuries, death, or damages to ones person or property during or after recieving products or services provided by our organization.
The various locations our organization operates in can be considered dangerous, requiring specialized equipment and skills to enter, navigate, and leave the propery.
